[OFSV3.31] publish Time stamping variables from 140ERT85410

Goals and symptoms:

Is it possiple to publish Time stamping variables (from an 140ERT85410 module)in an standard format, by using OFS platform? The customer wants to publish this information in an standard way, just to get a better and an independence interaction with the SCADA package. The SCADA soft could be Wonderware or Fix.

Causes and fixes:

OFS can t directly get the timestamp (from 140ERT85410 module) in standard format.
You might do it if you create a program to handle the data of (ERT_10_ttag) buffer like standard format and push data to OFS Server.
