[OFSV3.31] STU vs XVM

Goals and Symptoms:

Customer will like to know if OFS server will support reading or accessing multi-dimensional ARRAYS created in Unity Pro and if this will be in a STU or XVM files.

Causes and fixes:

From UNITY V2.3, the delta between XVM and STU file is little bit. The only thing, you can t access with XVM file, is I/O derived data type (IODDT).
Furthermore, the setup and communication are better with XVM file.

Nevertheless, If you want to use STU file in remote way, you have to configure your computer and OFS alias as described into the following attached resolution.

So, yes you can use the multi-dimensional ARRAYS with the XVM file.
